Another house update

Roy just talked to our loan officer who said he's ordered the loan docs. He says they should be back today or tomorrow. I want to be excited and I am but I am also skeptical. This is not the first time I've heard "today or tomorrow" in this process. Cross your fingers for a Friday close date. Then we can remodel and getouttahere!
